CHEESEBREAD



CHEESEBREAD
(10 pieces)

Ingredients: 6 eggs, 3 teaspoon baking soda, 3 tablespoons phisillium husk, 175g philadelphia creamcheese (I used flavored version with garlic and herbs) 4 dl (~ 2 cups) grated cheese, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 2 tablespoons flaxseed, 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds, 2 tablespoons sesame seeds.
Extra seeds for decoration.

Procedure:

1. Beat the eggs (with an electric whisp) for a few minutes until they become fluffy.
2. Add the philadelphia and the grated cheese.
3. Mix the dry ingredients into a bowl. Stir into the egg-batter.
4. Allow to swell for 5 minutes.
5. Klick out 10 pieces of dough on a baking sheet on baking tray. Top with different seeds.
6. Bake for about 20 minutes 175 ° C.
7. Store in a refrigerator. They can be frozen.





OSTBRÖD 
(10 stycken)

Ingredienser: 6 ägg, 3 tsk bakpulver, 3 msk
Fiberhusk, 175g Philadelphiaost (jag använde smaksatt med vitlök och örter)
4 dl, Riven Ost, 2 msk chiafrön, 2 msk linfrön, 2 msk pumpafrön, 2 msk sesamfrön.
Frön att toppa med.

Procedur:

1. Vispa äggen (med elvisp) ett par minuter tills dom blir fluffiga.
2. Tillsätt philadelphia och den rivna osten.
3. Blanda dom torra ingredienserna i en bunke. Rör in i äggsmeten.
4. Låt svälla i 5 minuter.
5. Klicka sedan ut 10 stycken "bröd" på en ugnsplåt med bakplåtspapper. Toppa med olika frön.
6. Grädda i cirka 20 min 175°C.
7. Förvara i kylskåp. Kan frysas.
