CINNAMON AND ORANGE FUDGY BROWNIES !
Christmas is coming and I really miss that Christmas atmosphere that speculates Sweden at this time of the year. So I decided to start making a Christmas atmosphere at home.
4 scoops double chocolate protein powder
1 dl almond
1 dl cacao
1 dl sukrin gold (coconut sugar or granulated sweetener)
1 pinch of vanilla
2 eggs
200g quark
2 dl orange juice
4 dl coconut milk
zest from 1 orange
2 tsp baking powder
Decoration : 1 orange, flaked almonds
1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees
2. Greece a cake tin with oil spray of choice (I used coconut oil) and add shredded coconut.
3. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon. The mixture will be very sticky and thick.
4. Transfer the mixture into the metal loaf tin and press it down into the tin using your fingertips.
5. Bake for 25 minutes and remove from the oven.
6. Let the brownie cool in the tin before removing. It will be fudgy and sticky in texture.
