As you might have noticed or read from my Instagram posts, I will be working as a flight attendant this summer. Maybe even for a longer period if its a job that I feel suits me (its the first time they are having my masters program so my university courses feel so unorganized and unplanned)
I love what I study at university but I feel like it gets too much if I do something related to health, gastrointestinal disorders and nutrition also during the summer.
Yesterday we performed CPR ! So much fun but a tiring.
CPR is an emergency procedure that is used when a person is unconscious and not bbreathing. It consists in 30 chest compressions followed by two artificial ventilations (30:2 rule). The compressions need to be of 5-6 cm (so you need to push a lot harder than you think) at a rate of 100-120 compression per minute (sing the song "staying alive in you head ;) and keep that tempo!).

We also performed CPR on adult dolls but we also learned how to perform it on children and infants.
Dinner was a vegetarian "chicken" bites (quorn like but from the supermarket ICA own brand) that i panned with a parmesan cheese crust and served with a rose pepper sauce, coconut oil fried asparagus and had strawberries for dessert !
To make the parmesan crust on the "chicken bites" I whipped an egg, put the bites inside and rolled after in a plate filled with parmesan cheese. I fried in some coconut oil and voilá ! READY :)
