In honor of this amazing chocolate festival I decided to make an amazing:
DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CAKE !
This cake is completely vegan and almost Raw. No baking is required.
The guest we had over from Torino (hi Paola and Veronica) defined this as the "best cake they ever had".
Unfortunately this was one of my random experiments and tasted my way all the way through PERFECTION ! :)
These are the ingredients I used:
For the base I used : dates, almonds, shredded coconut and cinnamon.
The first layer is a dark chocolate mousse made with : avocado, dates, and cacao.
The second layer is a "milk" chocolate mousse made with : coconut cream, dark sugar free chocolate and vanilla.
All you need is a food processor and a cake tin :)
I will be making this again and post the recipe so that you can all enjoy this marvelous piece of heaven !
