Mini buffet dinner
Sometimes for dinner I feel very inspired. And I make a little buffet with different things:
On this plate we have:
- grilled asparagus (in olive oil and sea salt) with fried egg.
- grilled aubergine topped with fresh tomato, mozzarella, basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
- salad with cucumber, avocado, marchè lettuce, roasted hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, lemon juice, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
