Natural cycles

I have read a lot about NaturalCycles and I have seen that a lot of people on instagram are using it. It is clinically tested and claimed to be 99.95% safe.
So one month ago, after almost 9 years of hormones I am trying something new and started using NaturalCycles.




It´s always important to keep in mind that everything we consume (and therefore also hormonal contraception) impact on our health and well being. Being healthy is so much more than eating eating healthy food and exercising regularly. 


I have like many women out there, I have tried many different pills and had side effects from taking them. The side effects for me included moodiness, anxiety and weight gain.

Many of you have been wondering how my experience with Naturalcycles has been and this is what I noticed so far.
1. I got my period naturally after 9 years! On on the days that the app planed it to be.
2. Less moodiness and more energy.
3. This month for me all the days have been RED (Fertile - use protection) but it takes a few months before the app manages to understand your own menstrual cycle.

With NaturalCycles all you have to do is measure your temperature when you wake up and write it down in their app! 

An advice it to place the thermometer under your pillow so that you don´t forget to measure. I found it a little difficult to remember to measure my temperature as soon as I woke up. But this little trick really helped!

I highly reccomend to use naturalcycles if your planing a pregnancy, if you suffer from side effects or if you want to use a natural contraceptive.
