I´m now back in Sweden after spending 3 incredible days in Oslo. It has been so exciting!
I still remember the shock and excitement when I looked into my work schedule and saw two overnights in Oslo for the day after. So I packed my bags, putting way too many clothes and shoes in (I always like being prepared for all kinds of scenarios).
I was exited for several reasons. First of all, I had never been to Oslo. (It was not only was my first time in Oslo and in Norway). This was also my first overnight since I started working for Norwegian. And last, but not least, I was super exited to meet the colleagues that I would be working with.

Uniform on the first day ! For those of you whom are shocked seeing me in pants, I do wear pants too! |
I even managed to learn a few basic things in Norwegian like "water" (vann), "chips"(potetgull) and rubbish (søppel). Thankfully everyone understood when I spoke and I understood 90% of what people where saying. And when I could not understand I had an amazing line trainer called Christopher, whom was from Sweden, that translated the Norwegian word to Swedish (Thank you once again if you read this!).
I stayed at the hotel close by the airport Park Inn. A 4 minute walk from the airport. It felt so strange getting to work so fast ! I live in Örebro, so it takes me 3 hours to get to work usually. So getting to work in 4 minutes felt nothing but fancy. So did the breakfast buffet that the hotel served in the morning! In the picture below, you can see my hotel room. The green light around the beds could be changed, and of course I changed it to pink. So pink pyjama party it was ! haha
I had two flights one to Turkey (Antalya) and one to Polen. I even got the chance to exchange a few Turkish words in Turkey with the cleaning ladies, whom kept on complimenting me for my long eyelashes. Its funny how after 14 years, I can still remember a little bit of Turkish.
Even though I did not get to see much of Norway (something I hope I get the chance to do next time), I really loved spending these 3 days here. Not only because I am a big fan of hotel breakfasts (haha), but because of the amazing passengers I had on my flights and most importantly the fantastic colleagues that I got the chance to work with. I really look forward to coming back !
If you ever travel with Norwegian and see me on your flight, don´t ever hesitate to say Hi and talk with me ! :)
