WHITE CHOCOLATE MUD CAKE

As you might know white chocolate is probably my biggest addiction (along with cheese).
So as a birthday cake last month I decided to make a sugar free white chocolate mud cake.
I know that many of you have been waiting for this recipe :). So here it comes!

Ingredients:
- 150g sugar free white chocolate quark
- 125g butter
- 200g white chocolate (sugar free)
- 3 large eggs
- 1.5 dl almond flour

shredded coconut
coconut oil to grease the cake tin

Procedure:
1. Preheat the oven at 175 degrees Celsius.
2. Melt (in a microwave) the butter with the white chocolate.
3. Add the eggs, almond flour and quark and whisk until smooth with a fork.
4. Grease a cake tin with coconut oil, add shredded coconut. Add the batter on top.
5. Bake for 10 minutes.
6. Let it cool (I rrefrigerated mine for 4 hours). Serve with berries and whipped cream!
