SAFFRON "BOUNTY"

Here comes the recipe for my delicious and healthy SAFFRON "BOUNTY". If you love coconut and you love saffron, then this is the right recipe for you !!! 



Ingredients : 200g shredded coconut , 10 stevia drops with coconut flavour from Nutrinick 
Coconut cream from one can full fat coconut milk kept in the fridge over night, 4 tbsp coconut oil, (2-3 tbsp coconut water or water if necessary), 0.5 g saffron, 150g sugar free dark chocolate (I used stevia sweetened dark chocolate)


Procedure: 
1. Place the can coconut milk in the fridge over night. 
2. Dig out the thick part of the coconut milk and place in a bowl. Add the shredded coconut, 2 tbsp coconut oil, saffron, stevia drops and mix with a spoon. Add some coconut water if necessary. 
3. Make into desired shapes. Place the "bounty " on baking paper and in the fridge for 30 minutes. 
4. Melt the dark chocolate with 2 tbsp coconut oil in the microwave or at low heat in a pan. 
5. Dip the coconut - saffron "bounty". 6. Refrigerate for 10 minutes and enjoy !
